Brannet 1. About Brannet Market
Brannet Market is a digital creative resource service operated from Tirana, Albania. Assets are offered as Free or Premium. Current paid offerings are recurring memberships and fixed, one-time Brannet Credits (BRC) packs for Generative Studio. Individual assets do not have a purchase price or individual checkout. “Brannet Market,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service operator.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
3. Marketplace access and licences
Free assets can be downloaded without buying an asset, subject to the applicable download limits and licence. Premium assets require an active Gold Membership and are not sold separately. Gold gives eligible account holders access to Premium downloads while their membership is active, subject to the daily download limit and each asset’s licence. Assets purchased under the earlier individual-sale model remain accessible to their recorded purchasers. Download access grants the licence described on the asset page or in accompanying terms; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
- You may use an asset only within the scope of its applicable licence.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make an asset available as a competing downloadable product unless the licence expressly allows it.
- Asset previews, descriptions, availability, and features may change.
4. Creators and uploaded content
Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and rights clearance of the content they upload. Creators choose whether an asset is Free or Premium; they do not set an individual sale price. By submitting content, a creator confirms that they have the necessary rights and grants Brannet Market the permissions needed to host, display, promote, process, and deliver that content through the service.
For each eligible Premium asset downloaded by an active Gold member, the asset's creator earns US $0.01. Repeated downloads of the same asset by the same Gold member count for creator earnings at most once per calendar day in Tirana. Free downloads, a creator's download of their own asset, and downloads made under an earlier individual purchase do not earn this Gold download amount. The creator's payable balance includes eligible Gold download earnings and any unpaid earnings from completed sales under the earlier model. Payouts are subject to account verification, the withdrawal minimum shown in Creator Studio, and review of fraudulent or abusive activity.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, applicable law, a third party’s rights, or our safety standards.
5. Generative Studio
Generative Studio lets eligible account holders create or transform content using available generative tools, prompts, references, and other inputs. Tools and providers may change or be temporarily unavailable.
- You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, references, and other inputs you provide.
- You must not use Generative Studio to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content, or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Do not upload confidential, personal, or sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions.
- Generated results may be inaccurate, similar to other works, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.
- Ownership and permitted use of generated outputs may depend on the tool, inputs, third-party model terms, and applicable law. Any product-specific rules shown in Generative Studio will also apply.
Brannet Credits (BRC) are service units used only for Generative Studio actions. They cannot be used to buy assets or memberships, transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or treated as money or cryptocurrency. Each eligible signed-in account receives 10 free BRC per day; unused free BRC reset at midnight in Tirana and do not accumulate. We also offer fixed, one-time BRC packs of 100, 200, 500, 1,000, or 10,000 credits at the price shown before checkout. These packs are not subscriptions. Purchased BRC have no scheduled expiry and are spent after available daily free BRC. The BRC cost for a creation or editing action is shown before submission and can vary by tool and settings. If a generation fails, its charged BRC is returned; free BRC from an earlier day do not carry over. A refund or chargeback of a purchased pack may reverse its BRC, including a negative balance if those credits were already used. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Payments, refunds, and taxes
Gold Membership and Pro Creator are recurring subscriptions. The price, billing interval, included benefits, taxes, and payment terms are presented before checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled. To request cancellation, contact info@brannetmarket.com from your account email; any cancellation option shown in your billing or payment account may also be used. Membership features, including Premium asset access, require an active subscription status. Fixed BRC packs are separate one-time purchases and do not renew. No individual asset is sold through the current checkout.
For billing problems, refunds, and applicable consumer rights, see our Refund Policy. Payment methods and final charges are shown at checkout. You are responsible for accurate billing information and taxes that apply to your earnings, except taxes collected as part of checkout.
7. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; scrape or harvest data at scale; bypass security or download limits; impersonate another person; upload malware; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
8. Intellectual property
Brannet Market’s name, branding, software, layout, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on third-party payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, or other services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the service and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, remove content, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or our legal rights. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brannet Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The competent courts in Albania will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the date above. Where required, we will give additional notice before a material change takes effect.
