How do I access a purchase?
Use the download or access instructions shown after checkout or in your account. If a file is missing or a link fails, email info@brannetmarekt.com with your order details.
Can I use a purchased asset in a client project?
Check the licence displayed with that product. Permitted commercial use, attribution, redistribution, and seat limits can vary by item.
How do refunds work?
See our Refund Policy. We review problems such as duplicate charges, failed delivery, or files that do not match their listing, while respecting applicable consumer rights.
Can I sell my own work?
If seller access is available to your account, follow the creator onboarding and upload instructions shown in the marketplace. You must have the rights to any work you submit.
What is Community Gallery?
The Community Gallery shows creations that their makers choose to publish. My Files remains private unless you share or publish an item.
How do Brannet Credits work?
Signed-in users receive 10 free BRC each day, resetting at midnight in Tirana. Unused free credits do not roll over. Purchased BRC, when sales become available, have no expiry date and are used after the daily free allowance. Current creation costs are 2 BRC for an image, 10 BRC for a video, and 2 BRC for audio. A failed generation returns its charged BRC; free BRC can only be returned on the same day.
Is Generative Studio live?
Generative Studio is a real account-based workflow, but generation depends on the server connections being enabled. BRC purchases are not open until we finish the payment and pricing review. The Studio shows which creation tools are connected.
