Brannet 1. Requesting help or a refund
Email info@brannetmarket.com with the email used at checkout, the membership or BRC pack, an order reference if available, and a short description of the problem. Please do not send full payment card details.
2. When a refund may apply
We review duplicate charges, a paid membership that was not activated, a paid BRC pack that was not credited, technical failures, and an offering materially different from its description. We may first restore access, add missing credits, provide a working download, or offer another appropriate remedy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
3. Change of mind and digital delivery
Rights to withdraw from a digital purchase can depend on your location, when delivery began, and what you agreed to at checkout. We will assess each request under the law that applies to your purchase. We will not treat this page as removing mandatory rights.
4. How refunds are made
If approved, we normally return funds through the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears. Access or BRC associated with a refunded charge may be reversed.
5. Memberships and Premium assets
Gold Membership and Pro Creator are recurring subscriptions. Premium assets are accessed through active Gold Membership, not bought individually. To request cancellation of future membership billing, contact us from your account email; a cancellation request and a refund request are reviewed separately. For membership billing or access issues, include your account email and transaction reference if available. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Generative Studio and BRC
BRC packs are fixed, one-time purchases for Generative Studio, not subscriptions and not a way to buy individual assets. Purchased BRC are added after payment confirmation. If a generation fails, its charged BRC is returned; unused daily free BRC do not carry into a later day. Contact us about duplicate charges, missing credits, or technical failures. If a BRC purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding purchased credits may be removed, including credits already spent. We assess refund requests under applicable law, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
