2. Information we handle
Depending on your use of the service, we handle your name, email address, sign-in and account details, profile and creator uploads, asset download records, support messages, and technical information such as IP address and activity needed for security and download limits. If you apply for creator verification, we also handle the identity and payout information you submit.
For recurring Gold Membership or Pro Creator subscriptions, we record the selected plan, subscription status, billing period information, and related transaction identifiers. For fixed, one-time BRC packs, we record the pack, amount, order and payment status, credit balance, and credit usage. Existing individual asset purchase records may remain for customers who bought assets under the earlier model; new individual asset purchases are no longer offered.
To calculate creator earnings from Gold Membership downloads, we record the member account, asset, creator, download date, and amount earned. Repeated downloads of the same asset by the same member count toward creator earnings at most once per day.
3. How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts, confirm eligibility, provide Free and Premium asset access, manage recurring memberships, deliver purchased BRC, run Generative Studio, respond to support and refund requests, enforce usage limits, prevent misuse, maintain security, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, our basis for processing is performance of our agreement with you, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, or your consent for an optional use.
4. Payments and BRC records
At checkout, we send the payment processor the selected subscription or fixed BRC pack and the name and email associated with your account. The processor collects payment details and handles the charge. We receive and retain the identifiers and payment status needed to activate or update a subscription, add BRC after a successful one-time payment, handle refunds or disputes, and keep financial records. Our site database does not store your full payment card number.
5. Generative Studio
Generative Studio stores prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, file settings, job status, and BRC charges in your account. The inputs needed for a creation or editing request are sent to the selected AI processing provider. Files are not public by default. If you create a share link or publish an eligible image to the Community Gallery, the shared content and associated display information become available to people with the link or to the public, respectively. Do not submit another person’s sensitive or confidential information without a lawful basis and permission.
6. Sharing and service providers
We share information as needed with providers that host the service, process payments, send service email, store content, provide AI processing, or protect the service. Creator profiles and published assets may be visible publicly, but creators do not receive customers’ subscription or BRC payment details through the asset listings. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, rights, and the service. Service providers may process information in other countries; contact us for details about applicable protections.
7. Retention and security
We keep account, content, membership, BRC, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.

The site uses browser storage or cookies where needed for sign-in, preferences, security, and essential functionality. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are added, we will describe them and seek consent where required.
9. Your choices and rights
